摘    要:以某2000t浮吊动力定位用Z型可伸缩全回推进器为例,分析了Z型可伸缩全回转推进器轴系的结构特点,建立扭振计算的集中质量模型,计算轴系的固有频率及振型,采用模态叠加法进行轴系的强迫振动响应计算,验证高弹联轴器的选型。

Abstract:Taking one z-type retractable azimuthing thruster for DP system of 2000t Floating Crane as an example,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the z-type retractable azimuthing thruster shaft system.The torsion vibration model about its shafting line is built and the nature frequencies and mode shapes are calculated.Finally,the Mode-Superposition method is used to calculate the characteristics of forced torsion vibration,which validates the choice of super elastic coupling.
