摘    要:广深港铁路客运专线沙湾水道特大桥14号主墩承台全部埋于沙湾水道水中裸露基岩中,双壁钢围堰须嵌入基岩8m。结合沙湾水道特大桥14号墩双壁钢围堰施工,介绍32.6m大直径双壁钢围堰变截面设计、制作、下水、浮运、定位、下沉、封底、拆除和水下爆破等关键施工技术。

Abstract:In Guang-Shen-Gang Railway PDL s Shawan River extra-large bridge,the bearing platform of 14# main pier is deeply buried in Shawan River s underwater exposed bedrock,with the double wall steel cofferdam inserting the bedrock 8 m.In light of the double wall steel cofferdam construction in Shawan River extra-large bridge 14# pier,key construction techniques in 32.6 m large-diameter double wall steel cofferdam are introduced,including the variable cross section design,fabrication,launching,floating,settlement,...
