摘    要:道路开挖回填工程中,在开挖黏土时按照一定的配合比掺加水泥和水,制备成具有流动化自密实特性的混合料作为狭小作业空间的回填材料,同时为了降低成本,利用工业固废粉煤灰和赤泥分别代替部分水泥。通过开展流动度、泌水率和无侧限抗压强度试验,分析了粉煤灰和赤泥掺量对混合料性能指标的影响规律。试验结果表明:随着粉煤灰或赤泥掺量的增加,混合料的流动度和泌水率都减小,其中粉煤灰对工作性能的影响程度大于赤泥;用粉煤灰替代水泥时,混合料强度随着粉煤灰掺量的增大而减小;用赤泥替代水泥时,当赤泥掺量为10 %时,混合料的强度最大。

Study on Application and Performance of Solid Waste Materials in Fluidized Treatment of Clay
Abstract:In the backfill project of road excavation, during excavating clay, accoring to a certain mixing ratio, cement and water were added to prepare a mixture with characteristics of fluidization and self-compaction as the backfill material of narrow working space. In the meantime, in order to reduce the cost, two types of industrial solid waste, fly ash and red mud, were used to replace part of the cement. The influence law of the content of fly ash and red mud on the performance index of the mixture was analyzed through carrying out tests of flowability, bleeding rate and compressive strength. The test results showed that the flowability and bleeding rate of the mixture decrease with the increase content of fly ash or red mud, and the effect of fly ash on the working performance of the mixture is greater than that of red mud. When using fly ash to replace cement, the strength of the mixture decreases as the content of fly ash increases. When using red mud to replace cement, the strength value of the mixture with 10% of red mud content is the highest.
