高模量重载交通沥青混合料路用性能试验研究

摘    要:采用AC-13,SMA-13,Sup-13三种不同级配,制备高模量剂掺量为0 %,0.2 %,0.4 %,0.6 %,0.8 %不等的高模量沥青混合料,进行高温车辙、浸水马歇尔、冻融疲劳、低温小梁、四点弯曲试验,分别研究不同高模量剂掺量及级配组合方案下混合料的高温性能、水稳性能、低温抗裂性能及抗疲劳性能。研究表明:高模量剂能够显著提升混合料的路用性能,对高温性能和抗疲劳性能的提升效果最为显著,而SMA-13级配更适用于重载交通路段。实际工程应用也进一步验证了0.6 %高模量剂掺量下SMA-13沥青混合料的服役水平较好。

Experimental Study on the Road Performance of Heavy-duty Traffic Asphalt Mixture Enhanced by High Modulus Agent
Abstract:In order to further explore the road performance of heavy-duty traffic asphalt mixtures, three different gradations of AC-13, SMA-13, and Sup-13 were used to prepare high modulus asphalt mixtures. The content of high modulus agents was 0 %, 0.2 %, 0.4 %, 0.6 %, 0.8 %. The tests of high-temperature rutting, water immersion Marshall, freeze-thaw fatigue, low-temperature trabecular and four-point bending were used to explore the high-temperature performance, water stability, low-temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance performance of the mixture under different high modulus agent content and gradation combination schemes. The research shows that high modulus agent can significantly improve the road performance of the mixture, and the improvement effect on high temperature performance and anti-fatigue performance is the most significant, and the SMA-13 gradation is more suitable for heavy-duty traffic sections, and the actual engineering application has further verified that the service level of SMA-13 asphalt mixture is better with 0.6 % high modulus agent content.
