摘    要:结合广东滨海某机场跑道扩建工程深厚软土地基试桩施工及检测,通过室内试验对比制定水泥掺量及外加剂配比方案,合理调整施工工艺,达到龄期后对各试桩进行取芯检测。结果表明:水泥掺量宜为18 %,之后每增加3 %,桩身强度可提高至少0.6 MPa;掺入3 %氢氧化钠,强度能够提高2倍以上;施工工艺宜为双管旋喷,“四搅三喷”,钻进速度宜为0.45~0.75 m/min。

Application Analysis of Cement Mixing Pile in Reinforcement of Coastal Soft Soil Foundation
Abstract:Combined with construction and testing of foundation test piles in deep soft soil in an airport runway expansion project in Binhai, Guangdong, the cement content and the proportioning of additives were determined in contrast with indoor tests, and the construction process was adjusted properly, and then core test was conducted on each test pile when reaching the maturity. The result shows that: the desirable cement content is 18 % and, for each additional increase by 3 %, the pile strength may increase at least 0.6 MPa; when 3 % sodium hydroxide is mixed, the strength may be improved by more than 2 times; the construction process should be double tube jet grouting and four mixing and three-jetting with a drilling speed of 0.45~0.75 m/min.
