玄武岩纤维沥青混合料疲劳特性试验研究

摘    要:选用3种不同纤维长度及6种不同纤维掺量进行正交组合掺配方案设计,共18组,对Sup-20沥青混合料的路用性能及疲劳性能进行试验研究,并重点研究了混合料的疲劳性能特征并建立了疲劳寿命方程。结果表明:6 mm玄武岩纤维对高温稳定性和水稳定性增强效果最优,而9 mm玄武岩纤维对低温抗裂性和疲劳寿命增强效果更优;在低应变控制水平下(450 uε),0.4 %掺量9 mm纤维长度的沥青混合料疲劳寿命最优。

Experimental Research on Fatigue Characteristics of Basalt Fiber Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:In this paper, three different fiber lengths and six different fiber content were selected for orthogonal combination blending scheme design, a total of 18 groups. the experimental research of the road performance and fatigue performance of Sup-20 asphalt mixture were carried out. The research focuses on the fatigue performance characteristics of the mixture and establishes the fatigue life equation. The result shows that 6 mm basalt fiber has the best enhancement effect on high temperature stability and water stability, while 9 mm basalt fiber has the best enhancement effect on low temperature crack resistance and fatigue life. Under low strain control level (450 uε), the fatigue life of the asphalt mixture with a fiber content of 0.4 % and a fiber length of 9 mm is the largest.
