| 摘 要： | 市场竞争日趋激烈,各种思想文化的相互碰撞,企业、事业单位改革的不断深入,给企事业思想政治工作提出了新的任务要求,面对新的形势和新的任务,企事业职工思想政治工作要始终坚持用邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想为指导,坚持思想政治工作结合单位实际,使思想政治工作取得良好的实效。

| Abstract: | The fierce competition in the market,the collision of various ideology and culture and the deep-going reform of the industries and institutes put forward new requirements to the ideological work,Due to the new situation and new requirements,the ideological work must be guided by "Deng Xiaoping Theory" and "the Three Representatives" all along,and combined with the reality of the industries and institutes,so as to achieve better practical results. |
