城市轨道交通车辆及设备状态监测系统

摘    要:针对车载设备和部件的实时检测需求,设计了一种由检测终端、车载无线网络、远程服务器组成的车辆及设备状态监测系统,采用无线通信技术和HTTP等网络通信协议,实现对温度、位置等多种传感参数的实时无线远程检测和监测,以及数据存储和智能处理等功能。该系统在城市轨道交通车辆的成功应用表明:有效数据成功传输比例与车辆Wi-Fi网络覆盖情况及运行线路的移动通信信号状况均成正相关;车辆实时定位功能满足了车辆监控管理需求;车辆走行部温度监测,实现了走行部部件状态实时监测和故障告警预警等功能,提高了车辆检修效率。

Abstract:Aiming at the real-time detection requirements of on-board equipment and components,this paper designed a urban rail transit vehicle and equipment condition monitoring system which was composed of detection terminal,onboard wireless network and remote server.The paper used wireless communication technology and network communication protocols such as HTTP to implement real-time wireless remote detection and monitoring of temperature,position and other sensor parameters,as well as data storage and intelligent processing.The successful application of the system in urban rail transit vehicles shows that:the successful transmission ratio of effective data is positively related to the vehicle Wi-Fi network coverage and the mobile communication signal status of the operation line;the vehicle real-time positioning function meets the requirements of vehicle monitoring and management;the temperature monitoring of vehicle running gear implements the real-time monitoring,fault alarm and early warning of running gear components and other functions,improve the efficiency of vehicle maintenance.
