| 摘 要： | 目的 分析多次输血、妊娠在初次肾移植等候者HLA体液致敏中的作用。方法 采用ELISA方法测定 86例初次肾移植等候者血清抗HLAIgG型抗体。结果 多次输血和妊娠患者中HLA致敏率分别为 60 %和 61 % ,而对照组中分别为 31 %和 1 2 .5% (P <0 .0 5)结论 多次输血和妊娠是HLA体液致敏的重要因素

The analysis of the factors inducing HLA sensitization in first renal-transplant recipients |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between multi transfusion, multi pregnancy and sensitization.Methods Tested the anti HLA IgG in the serum of patients by ELISA.Results The rates of sensitization in patients with the history of multi transfusion and multi pregnancy were 60% and 61% respectively, much higher than that of control groups(P<0 05).Conclusioin Multi transfusion and multi pregnancy are the important factors inducing sensitization. |
