摘    要:以研究红层边坡破坏机理为出发点,选择以河砂和重晶石粉为主要材料,碎石为辅助材料,采用正交试验方法设计了多组试验。以砂石比(河砂质量/碎石质量)、砂粉比(河砂+碎石质量/重晶石粉质量)、重晶石粉的含量和含水率为控制因素,获得了不同配合比条件下控制因素对容重和抗剪强度指标的影响因素。试验结果表明:分别按河砂∶重晶石粉∶水=12∶3∶1,碎石∶河砂∶重晶石粉∶水=4∶9∶4∶1质量比调配泥岩和砂岩的配合比方案,可以满足模型材料的物理力学指标要求,且该新型材料具有组分简单、成本低廉、模型制作便捷等优点。

Research on Similar Material of Model Test for Red Bed Slope Failure Mechanism
Abstract:Taking the study of red bed slope failure mechanism as the starting point, river sand and barite powder were selected as main materials, while gravel was selected as auxiliary material; multiple tests were designed in accordance with orthogonal experimental method. The weight ratio of river sand to gravel, the weight ratio of river sand plus gravel to barite powder, the content of barite powder and moisture content were selected as controlling factors to obtain the influence of controlling factors on unit weight and shear strength index under different mix proportions. The results show that a proper proportion of the mudstone and sandstone were specified respectively, according to mass ratio of river sand: barite powder: water=12:3:1, gravel: river sand: barite powder: water=4:9:4:1, which can meet physical and mechanical index of model materials. The new material has many advantages such as a simple component, low cost, modeling convenient, etc.
