盾构斜井结构内力分析及其极限状态评估

摘    要:对神东补连塔煤矿#2 辅运平硐盾构斜井工程安全性,采用一种盾构斜井的内力分析及极限状态方法进行评估。斜井的内力受围岩蠕变效应和同步注浆浆液硬化效应的影响,结合盾构斜井管片接头刚度非线性的特性,运用有限元软件ANSYS模拟,求得内力随时间呈增大趋势。改进的极限状态评估方法主要分为:管片拉压、管片剪切和管片接头的安全评估,再根据内力分析方法可对斜井一段时期内的承载能力进行安全评估。结果表明:补连塔#2 号盾构斜井计算断面在同步注浆后1年之内的极限状态评估满足设计要求

Structural Internal Force Analysis and Evaluation of Ultimate Limit State for Shield Inclined Shaft
Abstract:Taking #2 shield inclined shaft of auxiliary transport adit of Shendong Bulianta Coal Mine for its safty, this paper introduces a method to analyze the internal force and evaluate the ultimate limit state of shield inclined shaft. The results show that the internal force of the shaft will be increased with time influenced by the creep effect of surrounding rock and hardening effect of synchronous grout combining with nonlinear characteristic of rigidity of the segment joint and simulating by using the finite element software ANSYS. The revised evaluation method of ultimate limit state mainly includes the safety evaluation of segment tension and compression, segment shearing and segment joint; and the safety evaluation of carrying capacity of inclined shaft for a period of time in accordance with the internal force analysis method. The results show that he limit state evaluation of the #2 shield inclined shaft of Bulianta met the design requiement with safe structure.
