再生粗集料在水泥混凝土路面中的应用研究

摘    要:
通过上海市某道路改建工程实例,对含50%再生粗集料的水泥混凝土路面的性能进行较为系统的研究。首先在室内对再生粗集料的洛杉矶磨耗、压碎指标等进行测试,然后对拟定的3组不同配合比混凝土进行抗折强度、抗压强度等试验,最后根据室内试验结果并结合工程经验,选取一组较为理想的再生混凝土配合比,完成了水泥混凝土路面的施工,并对试验路段进行了全面的现场测试,结果证明再生粗集料在水泥混凝土路面上的应用是安全可行的。

Abstract:
This paper investigated the recycled concrete pavement with 50% recycled coarse aggregate.Laboratory tests were undertaken to investigate the Los Angeles Abrasion Loss as well as the crush index of the recycled coarse aggregate. With the results of these indoor tests, three group of ratios of mixture with 50% recycled coarse aggregate are proposed. After the flexural strength and compression strength were comparatively tested and discussed, one optimized ratio of mixture was selected as the one applied in the actual rigid pavement in Shanghai, and the result of inspection on site was really perfect. It can be concluded that it is safe and reliable to apply the recycled coarse aggregate concrete in the cement concrete pavement.
