自动变速器车辆发动机制动工作条件与诊断分析

摘    要:发动机制动是车辆非常有效的一种减速方式,拥有很多优点。对于手动变速器车辆,车辆行驶时,发动机与驱动轮之间近似为刚性联接,所以很容易实现发动机制动;但对于自动变速器车辆,发动机制动实现起来却很复杂。基于NISSAN TEANA采用的RE4F04B自动变速器,详细分析了发动机制动的工作条件与故障诊断方法。

Abstract:Engine brakeis a veryeffectivemethod for vehicledeceleration, it hasmany advantages. For manual transmission vehicles, when they are driving, it can be approximately regarded as rigid joint betweenengine and drivingwheels, so engine brake is easy to be realized. But for automatic transmission vehicles, engine brake is very difficult to be implemented. Based on NISSAN TEANA RE4F04B automatic transmission, we analyzed the working conditions and trouble diagnosis on engine brake in detail.
