| Abstract: | The flood control planning is related to a city safety.With the city expansion outwards,the new blind area appears in the past flood control planning.Taking the conceptive planning of the southern area of Taiyuan City as an example,the article puts forward its suggestion for the principle to be master in the city flood control planning under the new situation. |
