基于Pro/E的气缸盖模块化设计研究

摘    要:
对发动机气缸盖三维设计过程中模块化分解进行了研究,在Pro/E环境下针对某气缸盖三维设计,应用自顶向下方法协调模块间位置和接口关系,按照发动机气缸盖铸造分模原理对其进行了模块化分解。结果表明:与直接建模相比,气缸盖三维设计模块化分解可以显著提高气缸盖三维建模速度,降低模型的编辑难度,大大提高了气缸盖三维设计效率;部分模块还可分别用于模具制造、工艺分析或仿真分析。

Abstract:
The module decomposition of cylinder head during 3D design was studied In Pro/E environment,the position and interface of module were harmonized with the top-down design method.The 3D model of cylinder head was decomposed according to the foundry principle.The result shows,compared with the direct modeling,the modularization modeling of cylinder head accelerates the 3D design,makes the cylinder head model modification easy and improves the design efficiency of cylinder head.In addition,some decomposed modules can be applied to mould production,process analysis or simulation analysis.
