| Abstract: | Following the further reform and improvement of enterprise system, as the basis of market
and status of independent management and benefit, enterprise participated the competition in socialism market. For construction enterprise, establishing and standardizating the controlling system, strengthening inner controlling mechanism, enhanceing the competitive ability are important. |
