| 摘 要： | 从上海城市轨道交通现状出发，以城市轨道交通可持续发展理论为基础，借鉴国内外经验，指出我国城市轨道交通发展存在的主要问题。研究城市轨道交通可持续发展的必要性和发展模式，着眼于交通运输系统内部和外部效应，提出14务实现城市轨道交通可持续发展的对策。对我国城市轨道交通可持续发展有一定的指导作用。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the the present situation of urban rail transit in Shanghai and the theory of sustainable development of urban rail transit, the overseas experience and our own situation, the paper points out the main problems existing in development process of urban rail transit. Furthermore, I make a research on the necessity of sustainable development on urban rail transit, and. build the sustainable development mode. With the focus on inner and outer effect of traffic system, this paper offers 14 strategies on how to realize the sustainable development. These suggestions and measures provide guidance for the healthy and sustainable development of urban rail transit. |
