| Abstract: | According to the computation and analysis of comprehensive cost for cement concrete and asphalt concrete pavements,including the construction,maintenance and lifetime,this article describes that technical policies which should be taken in the construction of rural highway to build the cement concrete pavement,and concrete pavement is that of comprehensive cost. |
