| 摘 要： | 针对在沥青路面材料热再生加热过程中，由于废旧混合料加热后具有粘性，在加热滚筒壁和叶片相交处将产生严重的积料现象，通过对积料产生机理的分析，提出了利用气动技术进行自动清除粘结积料的系统方案及设计方法。样机试验证明：该方案可以完全清除积料。 |

| Abstract: | In the process of hot-mix recycling,because of the adhensive from heating the recycling asphalt mixture, the accumulation material will be produced between drum and blade. According to the analysis of generating accumulation material, the paper presents the design approach to pneumatic system of automatic clearing accumulation material, The model machine has been tested, which is proved to be well-designed and practical. |
