腰椎间盘突出症的磁刺激运动诱发电位研究

摘    要:
对50名健康人腰骶部磁刺激运动诱发电位(MEP)的方法学进行研究,并应用于诊断40名腰椎间盘突出症患者。结果表明:磁刺激腰骶最适合参数为MEP潜伏期,波幅和传导速率不能作为可靠参数;运动神经根传导时间(MRCT)对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断异常率为85%,显示无痛、无创的磁刺激MEP对诊断腰椎间盘突出症有较大的应用价值,优于电刺激。

Abstract:
In this paper, the questions aboutchoice of best parameter of motor evoked potential(MEP) evoked by magnetic stimulation in lumbosaral region were studied and MEP was used todiagnose 40 patients with lumbar disc herniation.The resluts showed that the best parameter was latency, and that amplitude and conduction velocitycould not be used as reliable parameters. Motor rootconduction times (MRCT ) were significantly prolonged in 85% of patients with lurnbar disc herniation. It is concluded that painless and non-invasivemagnetic stimulation of the lumbosacral roots is apotentially useful technique for diagnosing lumbardisc herniation and superior to electrical stimultion.
