国产化非调质钢49MnVS3在桑塔纳轿车曲轴上的应用

桑塔纳轿车发动机曲轴用49MnVS3钢为中高碳、钒微合金化的含硫易切削高韧性非调质钢，有良好的机械性能，相当或优于中碳调质钢，可省略淬一回火、校直、消除应力回火工序，能避免淬火废品，节约热能。试验结果表明，用国产非调质49MnVS3钢生产的曲轴全部达到德国大众技术条件TL－WV1450规定。

Application of Domextic Untempered Steel 49MnVS3 to Crankshafts of SANTANA Passenger Car

Untempered steel 49MnVS3 is adopted to be the material of crankshafts of SANTANA passenger car,it is a mediumhigh carbon,Vanadium microalloyed,sulphur contained freecutting and high toughness untempered steel, and it has the advantage of excellent mechanical properties,being equivalent to or better than medium carbon tempered steel,but being able to omit the quenching-tempering, straightening,relieving stress operations,avoiding the quenching rejects and saving thermal energy.The experimental results proved that the crankshafts made by domestic untempered steel.49MnVS3 have completely reached the technical standard TL-WV1450 specified by Volkswagon Motors.
