复合锚杆桩施工成本分析

复合锚杆桩是利用锚杆技术及其机理而衍生出的一种新的基础加固技术，以其工艺简单、加固效果好、经济合理等特点，被广泛应用在市政工程中。但在工程造价管理上，尚无相应定额可直接套用．个别项目简单地借用“锚杆”子目，价格与实际相差甚远。为此，此文以北京地铁十号线国贸站桥桩保护采用的复合锚杆桩施工为例，对复合锚杆桩的工艺流程、成本构成和价格水平作简要分析。以期为同类工程的施工及工程造价的确定提供参考。

Composite anchor rod pile is of a new foundation strengthening technique derived from making use of the anchor rod technique and its mechanism,which is extensively applied in civil engineering projects for its features of simple technology,good strengthening result and reasonable economy.In respect of engineering cost management,there is hitherto no corresponding norm and some individual items just simply borrow the 'anchor rod' specific item,of which the price is far from the actual.Therefore,this article takes for example the construction of the composite anchor rod piles employed for the bridge pile protection at Guomao Station on Beijing metro line 10 and makes a brief analysis of the technological process,cost composition and the price level of the anchor rod pile with a view to furnishing reference to the construction and determination of engineering cost of similar works.
