| 摘 要： | 以温州新一轮城镇化建设为依托,从TOD(交通引导发展)理念入手,以市域铁路建设带动温州新一轮城镇建设。在此基础上,系统梳理城镇化建设与公共交通的关系,提出了温州新型城镇化规划和建设的思路与方法,为温州后续全面城镇化奠定基础,也为类似城市城镇化建设提供借鉴和指导。

| Abstract: | Based on the new round urbanization construction in Wenzhou City,and relying on the TOD concept,regional railway construction is regarded as the leading force for the ur-banization in the city. On this basis,the the relation between urbanization construction and public transport is systematically analyzed and summarized,new ideas and corresponding meth-ods are proposed,in order to lay a solid foundation for the new comprehensive urbanization of Wenzhou and provide use-ful references for the urbanization construction in other Chi-nese cities. |
