我国城市轨道交通标准化发展20年回顾

我国城市轨道交通标准化工作始于20世纪80年代,90年代末期开始进入稳定、快速发展时期,经过20年的发展,城市轨道交通标准化工作取得了突破性进展。回顾了近20年我国城市轨道交通标准技术管理、标准制修订工作历程,以及城市轨道交通标准体制改革和探索,标准的实践活动,提出了对城市轨道交通标准化工作的认识与思考。城市轨道交通工程建设、运营及其使用的设备系统(产品)是一套复杂的技术体系,标准化是必然的选择。

Retrospect of 20 Years Urban Rail Transit Standardization Development in China

The work of standardization began in 1980s and entered into a stable and rapid development stage by the end of 1990s.After 20 years development,the work of standardiza-tion in urban rail transit has achieved great breakthroughs. With a retrospect of the management in urban rail transit stan-dard techniques and the revision of rail transit standards in the past 20 years,the reform,exploration and practice of the stan-dards in rail transit are discussed,the understanding and reflect of the work of standardization are put forward. The construc-tion,operation and the instrumented system used in rail transit form a complicated technical system,so standardization is the inevitable choice.
