摘    要:对CRH5型动车组空气压缩机启动的控制逻辑、启动条件、保护及报警功能进行研究。通过列车控制与管理系统(TCMS)进行诊断运算,分析空气压缩机启动、停止等指令的控制逻辑。同时,结合电路功能从硬线和逻辑控制原理相结合的角度进行分析研究,为动车组空气压缩机的稳定工作和故障排查提供技术依据。

Abstract:The control logic,starting condition,protection and alarm of the air compressor used in CRH5 EMU are studied. Through the train control and management system (TCMS), the diagnostic operation is conducted to analyze the output air compressor starting,stop and other instructions. At the same time,combined with the circuit functions,the integration of hard line and the logic control principle is analyzed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the stable operation of air compressor and abnormal fault shooting.
