悬挂式单轨车制动盘摩擦仿真分析

摘    要:基于ANSYS 12.0有限元软件,建立了日本千叶县0系悬挂式单轨车制动盘有限元模型。根据悬挂式单轨车的实际情况确定了制动初始参数,提出了改进的热功率法,并仿真计算了悬挂式单轨车制动盘在正常制动下的温度场、应力场情况。仿真结果表明:千叶县0系悬挂式单轨车的制动盘在制动时满足性能要求,但存在径向变形过大的问题。

Abstract:Based on the finite element soft ANSYS 12 . 0 , a finite element model of Type 0 suspended monorail breaking disk in Chiba Prefecture of Japan is built. According to the ac-tual situation of the monorail,initial breaking parameters are decided,an improved friction power method is put forward, the temperature field and stress field of suspended monorail based on normal break situation are simulated and calculated. The simulation result indicates that Type 0 suspended monorail breaking disc in Chiba Prefecture can satisfy the performance requirements,but the radial deformation is a little bit larger.
