摘    要:发动机横置改纵置后振动量明显增加,通过结构对比分析、CAE计算模态特征分析以及试验分析,确定改型机排气系统对整机振动量具有重要影响作用;通过CAE建立能够大幅提高系统固有频率的新排气布置方案,通过振动测试认为新的排气系统达到了大幅降低整机振动量的目的,满足了设计要求.

Abstract:The vibration level was increased obviously when the engine location at vehicle changed from cross line to vertical line,through comparing the structure layout,modal analysis using CAE and investigation by vibration test,it is confirmed that the exhaust system of the modified engine have significant effect on the engine vibration level.A new layout exhaust system was developed by using CAE method which can improve the Eigen frequency in evidence,the engine vibration level can be reduced by this new exhaust ...
