| 摘 要： | 本文针对对沥青混凝土搅拌站教学模拟设备中PLC的选型与设计,结合搅拌站的生产工艺控制流程,设计了PLC称量精度的控制算法及其流程,以提高称重系统的计量精度和扩大其量程范围,可以为拌和站的称量系统设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | In terms of the selection and design of PLC for teaching simulation equipment of asphalt concrete mixing plant, the control algorithm and process of weighing are designed in combination with the control flow of production of mixing plants, for the purpose of improving the weighing system＇s accuracy of weighing and ex- panding its scale, which can provide reference for the design of weighing system of mixing plant. |
