| Abstract: | This paper firstly introduces the working principle and important parameters of the braking retarder. Then it introduces the design principle of the braking retarder speed control system. Last it discusses emphatically three kinds of typical braking retarder speed control system： marshalling yard coupling zone speed control system, ordinary dedicated line speed control system and dedicated line of special working conditions speed control system. And it analyzes design methods of the three kind speed control systems. |
