摘    要:利用自主开发的船舶姿态测量平台,以及MMG、SVM和ADRC等技术手段,首次研究开发一种基于船舶六自由度运动姿态,监测的船舶航行安全实时监控系统,解决船舶航行状态下,不能实时调整合理吃水差及准确预报船舶航行状态的问题,摆脱传统意义上的有关船舶航行安全实时监控相关技术的束缚.

Abstract:We firstly research the ship safety navigation real-time monitoring system that is based on monitoring ship attitude motion in six spatial directions by the ship attitude measurement platform,developed by Dalian Maritime U-niversity and MMG,SVM and ADRC techniques.It will solve a problem about unable real-time adjust rational trim and unable forecast ship attitude motion accurately.It will shake off the fetters on the traditional technology of the ship safety navigation real-time monitoring.
