摘    要:首先简要介绍了103通信规约,然后在分析研究了微机馈线保护装置硬件结构的基础上,重点论述了基于以太网的103规约的实现方案,并提出了一种有限状态机的软件设计方法以实现103规约的软件编程.

Abstract:This paper briefly introduced 103 communication protocol and analyzed the hardware structure of Microprocessor-based feeder line protection equipment.Then,the Ethernet-based implementation of 103 protocol specifications was expounded.Finally,a finite state machine design schema to achieve software programming of 103 protocol was presented.
