| 摘 要： | 海员职业的特殊性使海员劳动合同有别于一般劳动合同,《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》、《中华人民共和国船员条例》的相继颁布施行,对海员劳动合同都有较大影响。文中分析了我国海员劳动合同的现状,提出了海员合同的未来发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The labor contract of seafarers differs from the common labor contract for the particularities of the occupation of seafarer. The entry into force of the 〈PRC Labor Contract Law〉 and 〈PRC Crew Regulation〉 takes obvious influence to the seafarers labor contract. The paper wants to clarify the confusions in the labor relationship by analyzing the labor contract, hope doing some helprul research on the protection of the seafarers＇ profits. |
