| 摘 要： | 研究已有公路交通运输可持续发展方面的成果,分析其不足.明确公路网可持续发展定义和公路网可持续发展管理的概念.从系统的角度,按照目标管理的步骤,建立公路网可持续发展管理体系,分解目标到具体责任部门,制定了目标管理流程,构建目标管理的评价体系.提出在公路网可持续发展管理中采用过程控制法,研究了该方法应用的流程及具体内容.

| Abstract: | Based on studying the existing results about sustainable development of highway transportation and analyzing the shortcomings,sustainable development of highway network is defined and conception of management of highway network is ascertained.According to steps of objective management,the management system of sustainable development of highway network is established.The objective is divided to every responsible department.The flow of objective management is designed and the evaluation system is set up.Finally,process control method is applied to the management of sustainable development of highway network.The flow of the method and its content are studied. |
