拱桥吊杆更换后健康检测与诊断

该文以南通市某拱桥更换后的吊杆为对象,通过外观检查和试验室检测手段,研究了拱桥柔性吊杆的实际服役状况,了解和掌握了吊杆乃至拱桥结构的安全性、耐久性。吊杆护套及锚头剖开后发现:索体护套及锚头内均残留冷凝水,钢丝表面镀锌层轻微锈蚀,出现白色锌粉,镀锌层含量在300 g/m2~350 g/m2之间,部分吊杆钢丝出现黄色锈斑;锚杯内环氧铁珠浇注体不密实且锈斑残留,表面有蜂窝、坑洞等,锚杯内钢丝完好;锚杯内环氧树脂保护层破损,钢丝墩头锈蚀,部分吊杆锚杯锈蚀严重,出现成片深色锈斑。

Health Inspection Test and Diagnosis of Arch Bridge Suspender after Its Replacement

Taking the replaced suspender of an arch bridge in Nantong as the object,the article studies the practical service status of the flexible suspender of arch bridge through the appearance inspection and the laboratory test to understand and know well the safety and durability of the suspender and even arch bridge structure.It is found that there is the residual condensate water within the cable sheath and anchorage after split.The galvanized steel wire surface layer is slightly corroded with the white zinc powder.The content of galvanized layer is 300~350 g/m2.The partial suspender steel wires appear yellow rust.The epoxy iron bead casting body within the anchor cup is not dense with rust residue.There are some honeycomb,holes and other at the surface.The steel wire is in good condition.The epoxy resin protective layer is damaged within anchor cup.The steel wire piers are corroded.The partial suspender anchor cups are seriously eroded with the patches of dark spots.
