摘    要:采用全面质量管理的方法、现代扫码技术和数据库工具,对每个影响船舶薄板焊接质量的因素进行试验,得出优化结果。施工现场验证表明,“人”是影响焊接质量最核心的因素,“机”、“料”、“法”、“环”是重要因素,通过系统性的措施突破技术和管理瓶颈,能有效解决薄板焊接质量不良造成的变形问题。

Influencing Factors Analysis of Welding Quality for Marine Products

Abstract:The total quality management method,modern code scanning technology and database tools were applied to ensure the welding quality of thin-plate of shipbuilding.Each influencing factor affecting the welding quality of ship sheet was tested to obtain the optimization results.The construction site verification showed that human factor is the core factor affecting the welding quality,while the factors of machine,material,method and environment are important.Making use of the systematic measures the bottleneck of technology and management can be broken through,and the deformation problem caused by poor welding quality of thin plate can be solved.
