摘 要: | 针对船舶分段涂装目标对象、产品及实施区域,提出悬臂式多自由度喷涂机器人使用方案,结合深中通道涂装机器人方案,从方案整体、目标工件、工作模式等角度对比分析其可行性,为提升船舶分段涂装作业自动化,实现"机器代人"提供解决方案.

Abstract: | According to the target object,product and implementation area of ship block coating,the application scheme of multi degree of freedom cantilever spraying robot was proposed.Combined with the scheme of Shen-zhong channel coating robot,the feasibility of cantilever spraying robot was analyzed from views of overall scheme,target workpiece,work mode and so on,which provides a solution scheme to improve the automation of ship coating. |
