色谱仪中智能压力测控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了工业色谱仪中,压力等信号的智能检测与控制电路的设计与实现.系统采用增量型PID控制算法实现了整个过程自动控制,通过脉宽调制器PWM实现对MOSPET开关管的控制,并通过过压保护电路实现PWM波输出的关断.整个系统构成闭环系统.系统采用CAN总线实现与上位机的通讯.采用SOC混合信号单片机Cyg-nal 8051作为该系统的控制核心.

Abstract:Design and impelmentation of intelligent detection and control circuit of pressure in industrial online chromatogram equipment are introduced.The system achieves automatization of the process with increment PID,and can control MOSPET by PWM.The output padlock of PWM is carried out by the circuit that is protected when pressure goes over the top.The system forms the closed loop system.The system uses CAN bus to communicate with upper-computer and Cygnal 8051 SOC mixed-signal MCUs as the control center of the system.
