摘    要:根据美国API Spec 2C标准和DNV近海起重设备入级规范,结合实例对海洋折臂吊的设计基础、系统组成、主要设备参数、设备布置、基座强度校核等有关问题进行详细阐述,希望能为设计人员进行类似布置设计提供借鉴,也能给国内吊机的生产厂家提供一些参考,从而促进超深水海洋钻井平台上海洋折臂吊的制造与应用,使其更能适应国内海洋工程的发展新形势。

Abstract:According to American API Spec 2C standards and classification rules of DNV offshore crane equipment, this paper presents design foundation, system component, main equipment parameter, equipment arrangement, pedestal strength and other relevant questions in detail. It is instructive for designers to design similar arrangement, and can provide reference for the domestic crane manufactures. It also prompts the manufacture and the application of knuckle boom crane on the ultra deepwater offshore drilling platform to become more suitable for the recent development of the national offshore engineering.
