海洋钻井泥浆处理系统设计分析

摘    要:对海洋钻井泥浆处理系统的基本流程进行了阐述,并基于业主个性化要求,对适应不同船型的泥浆处理系统的布置等设计中的关键问题进行了分析,提出了系统设计需要注意的问题及解决方案。特别探讨了振动筛总成、入筛泥浆分配、出筛泥浆分配及出筛岩屑排放等方面的问题,并对国内海洋钻井泥浆处理系统设计提出建议。

Abstract:This paper introduces the basic procedure of the mud processing system for offshore drilling, analyzes the critical design issues about the arrangement of the mud processing system for the dif erent ship types based on the owner's individual requirements, and puts forward the issues and solutions that should be focused on for system design. It especially studies the issues about shale shaker assembly, division of mud in/out of shakers, and discharge of cutting overboard. It also proposes the recommendations on the design of the domestic offshore mud processing system.
