| Abstract: | Luonan New Zone in Luoyang City is a new district zone built after approval by the State Council with the planned area of about 71.3km 2, the planned population of 500000 persons. The paper estates the division of the drainage region, the arrangement of drainage system, the design and optimum of channel section, the planning of the rainfall pumping station. |
