基于ANSYS的客车车体轻量化技术及其应用

摘    要:以ANSYS软件为平台,以准高速客车发电车车体为例, 利用APDL语言编写命令流文件,建立了参数化的车体有限元模型,并对车体承载结构进行了优化设计.通过对比分析轻量化前后车体的强度、刚度及其模态,给出了轻量化的设计方案,表明了此方法的可行性.

Abstract:Taking quasi-high speed generator car as an example, and on the basis of ANSYS software parametric finite element model of car body is constructed using APDL language. The car body structure is optimized, and the strength, stiffness and modal of the car body are calculated and analysised before and after optimization. The optimization design result shows that the car body structure can meet the demands of performance indexes in the aspects of strength, stiffness and dynamic characteristics.
