AIS应用在航标中存在的问题及建议

运用高新技术增进海上交通运输安全,为航海人员提供更好的航标服务是航海科技工作者的目标。将船舶自动识别系统(AIS)应用于航标有其独特的优点,有效地改善了航标的助航效果。此文在介绍AIS航标的分类、特点、局限性和对航行船舶的导航作用的基础上,提出AIS应用在航标中尚存在的问题和在使用、设置上的建议。

The Recommendation on the Problems of AIS Application in Aids to Navigation

The application of high technology to enhance the safety of maritime transport and provide a better beacon for sailors is the goal of the marine science and technology workers.It improves the effect of aids to navigation,when AIS used in navigation aids.According to the relevant provisions of our country,the practice of the maritime personnel,and the kinds,advantage, limitation of AIS used in navigation aids,and the effect to navigating ships when AIS used in the navigation aids,this paper discussed the problems when AIS used in navigation aids and gave some recommendation on how to use and set it.
