| 摘 要： | 地铁是城市中解决日益严重的交通问题的大容量快速交通工具,也是城市的现代化标志之一.然而,地铁自出现之日起,就存在着各种安全隐患,其中最主要的隐患就是火灾.通过对地铁火灾应急调度系统的分析.利用AHP方法将应急调度系统分为4个层次15个指标,提出系统层次分析结构,并利用该方法对层次分析结构进行定量计算.根据计算出的权重对系统进行综合评价,得出地铁火灾应急调度的最优化管理办法.实践表明,基于AHP的地铁火灾应急调度方案能够获得更科学的管理决策.
