重型卡车推力杆设计与校核

摘    要:通过对现有文献资料研究,总结了钢板弹簧悬挂推力杆设计经验,在推力杆受力分析过程中,笔者推导出任意工况下推力杆的受力公式。该公式有效地解决了现有文献无法解释的上推力杆受力大于下推力杆受力的疑问,以及"推力杆实测载荷谱最大值与理论分析有一定出入"的问题,并提出了一种可对推力杆强度、稳定性进行校核的方法。

Design and Check of Thrust Bar in Heavy Truck

Abstract:The design experience of steel spring suspension was summarized by researching the existing resources. Thrust bar force analysis formula was derived from the analyzing the force of thrust bar in any conditions, this formula can explain the existing problem which the resources can’t explain that the force of upper bar is bigger than the force of nether bar and that the measured maximum load spectrum is different from the theoretical analysis. A checking method is put forward by analyzing the strength and stability of thrust bar.
