盾构隧道施工地表沉隆变位影响因素研究

摘    要:研究目的:探明盾构隧道施工中各制约因素取值差异对地表沉隆变位分布规律的影响。研究方法:本文以某拟建地铁城市区间盾构隧道试验段为研究对象,引入荷载释放系数和纵向等效刚度系数,采用三维有限元法对盾构隧道施工引起的地表横向沉降槽和纵向沉隆曲线进行了研究。研究结果:揭示了围岩条件、隧道埋深和顶推力等因素变化对盾构隧道施工引起地表沉隆变位的影响,运用三维曲线探讨了盾构隧道施工过程中的地表沉隆变位曲线空间分布变化规律。研究结论:围岩条件恶化、隧道埋深减小和顶推力增大都将导致施工引起地表沉隆变位影响的加剧,建议工程施工中采取调整顶推力等措施以降低施工对地表环境的影响。

Abstract:Research purposes: In order to clarify influences of restrictive factors on the ground settlement and up-heal displacement distribution and varying law.Research methods:Object of shield tunnel test section in a certain city with subway construction in plan was adopted in this paper.With the application of load release factor and equivalent longitude stiffness factor,3D FEM was carried out in the research of ground sectional groove and longitude settlement curve caused by shield tunnel construction.Research results:Influences of factors as surrounding soil condition,tunnel bury depth and advance force on the ground movement caused by shield tunnel construction was brought out,3D curves were also exerted in the discussion of ground settlement space distribution and varying law.Research conclusions:Surrounding soil condition illness,tunnel bury depth lessen and advance force enhancement could also result in augmentation of ground settlement and up-heal displacement during construction,suggestions as advance force adjustment during tunnel construction for the reduction of ground environment influences are also brought forwarded in this paper.
