| 摘 要： | 在高职院校内实施“订单式”人才培养模式，实现校企、产学深度融合，是目前高职院校进行教学改革、提高人才培养质量、保证学生掌握的知识与岗位要求零距离，提高学生就业质量的重要途径。文中对高职院校在深化“订单式”人才培养过程中的关键环节进行了分析和探讨。

| Abstract: | It is an important way to improve students' employment obtaining quantity by enforcing students cultivate order model in high vocational college, because it can deepen the corporation of colleges and enterprises, can make there is no distance between students' knowledge and the enterprise posts' requirement, also can improve students' cultivate quantity, and so on. This paper analyzes and discusses the key points of deepening students cultivate order model in high vocational college. |
