| 摘 要： | 近代可靠性工程学得到了很大的发展，为提高产品的可靠性奠定了理论基础。发达国家铁道部门对可靠性工程进行深入的研究和应用。本文介绍了铁道机车车辆可靠性工程的目的，国内外的发展现状，并提出了我国铁道机车车辆开展可靠性工程的必要性和建议。
