The signal transition used in Beijing gives rise to much controversy.Essentially,signal transition makes drivers confused and nervous,and drivers do not know when red signal turns on after green signal and they show concerns for violation of traffic signal a lot.Many suggestions such as counting down display,flashing green signal were proposed.In fact,these suggestions reflect the transition problems for signal change from green signal to red signal.
