| 摘 要： | 提出了一种针对智能交通管理系统交通安全作用效果分析的评价方法,用来评价北京市智能交通管理系统的实施对道路交通所作贡献的程度。该方法根据智能交通管理系统的功能作用范围将北京市分为两个部分,分别在系统功能作用范围内外选取若干区域作为评价对象,利用灰色聚类评估法对所选两类区域的交通安全等级进行评价,并进一步分析评价智能交通管理系统的交通安全作用效果,评价结果显示该方法具有较好的可操作性和通用性,能够很好地解决智能交通管理系统的交通安全效果评价问题。
