| 摘 要： | 目的 测定椒蒿不同部位挥发油的成分及其相对含量.方法 利用水蒸气蒸馏法从椒蒿不同生长部位中提取挥发油,用面积归一化法进行定量分析,并对其主要化学成分进行了GC-MS分析,结合计算机质谱图库检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构分析.结果 椒蒿叶挥发油的主要成分:共检索23种物质,其中茴香脑含量占80.80%,β-罗勒烯含量占1... |
